MATLAB E-books links

I am very sure that there must be lot of guys out there who want to learn matlab.For those who dont knw what matlab is let me explain.MATLAB is an interactive programming environment for scientific computing. MATLAB is heavily used in many technical fields for data analysis, problem solving, and for experimentation and algorithm development. Discipline-specific software written in MATLAB, organized into libraries of functions called toolboxes, is widely used as well. MATLAB has found extensive use as the basis for computational laboratory work in technical education; more than 1000 textbooks use MATLAB as a teaching vehicle. Paid to Click and Paid to Read Services

Apart from online jobs,I found one more interesting online money earning resource...& i.e. PTC and PTR...PTC means simply Paid to click i.e.you are paid to click on ads.PTR means Paid to recieve i.e. you are paid to recieve mails(advertising mails).When i did google search for such sites,I found most of them to be fake.In fact in some public forums like yahoo answers,I found some unknown users wrote good reviews about the scam sites.I guess the site pays to write good reviews too.Then how do we identify between which answer or post is genuine or fake.I would like to mention few points that do help me in identifying scams:
1.Before signing up for any online job site,jus search on google if its fake or scam simply by using words like "Fake","Scam","Fraud",etc.
2.Never search sites by writing work for home or online jobs...Instead try freelance jobs,etc.
3.Dont ever share your account no while signing up.
4.Dont signup with sites where you need to pay registration fees coz most of them are scams.

Following are some sites that I found to be genuine..where you get to earn for mails or sms you recieve.

1.Money Cosmos:
They just pay you to register with their advertiser.

2.Paid Mail:
You are paid to recieve advertising mails.Payment is made via paypal or e-gold.

3.Low Cash Out:
It pays you to surf,recieve mails.

4.mGinger:
You can send sms to mobile for free as well as get paid to recieve ad sms.It has lots of users.So definately not fake.

5.Rupee Mail:
This one is very famous site for paid mails.

6.You Mint:
It lets you do free sms in india and you get paid to recieve ads.One of the top paid sms sites for sure.It pays via cheque or paypal.HSBC recently presented "the most unique SME Solution" award to you mint.

Dreams.....

What are dreams??? Watching an apple fall from a tree or watching yourself as the main lead in the same serial/movie that you just saw at night or kissing someone you really wanted to kiss from a long time but couldn’t do it….it could be anything…good or bad anything. I would say a dream is nothing but an essel world or fantasyland where we let out all our emotions…
Right at this moment, this very second ,when I m writing my thoughts on this piece of paper I m just wondering how many people like me must be dreaming…Dreaming about their future…how tomorrow would be…But why is it that dreams are always associated with future….I don’t agree…Sometimes they are also related to your past…For e.g., reminding you of innocent childhood friendships, people…I see lots of dreams….Some dreams show me my mistakes done in past, some bring me more close to my family and sometimes some stupid movie back in my dream with me surrounded by devils….Its quite funny when I wake up n jus think about what I saw after such a horror dream…
I have this strange habit of analyzing my dream when every time I wake up after dreaming…trying to recollect what I saw and how its related to what had happened…I don’t know how many people like me see demons in their dreams after watching a horror show or exams during exam periods…
But I thing is for sure i.e. every living thing do dream..
Somewhere in the back of my mind I feel dreams guide you towards your sole purpose in life…They give you the strength when you are down…And I do believe that there are vibes associated with dreams….I guess I just writing to much with the flow.. At the end of this day I want to pray god that let everyone’s dream come true…Tc..

How To Restore And Recover Your Firefox Bookmarks

Today morning when I logged into my computer and started Firefox for some reason it crashed. This has happened to me a number of times since I open too many tabs. The unfortunate thing is that after the crash sometime your settings and bookmarks are lost.I have listed the steps to recover your bookmarks in case they get lost or corrupted after a crash.

1. Browse and Navigate to the Hard disk where your Windows is Installed.

2. Then go to the following location C:\Documents and Settings\Aparna\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
Where Aparna is the user name with which you log into windows.

3. Inside the Profiles folders you should see a single directory or multiple directories if you are using multiple Firefox Profiles.
Select your Default Firefox Directory.
Example stzbt87m.default

4. Inside this Directory you will see a folder called “bookmarkbackups” go into this folder.
You will see a bunch of html Files name bookmarks and a date. These are the bookmarks that have been backup for the last five days by Firefox.

5. Select a file that is a day or two older than todays date.
For example today’s date is 2008-05-22 then select bookmarks-2008-05-21.html i.e a file which is a day older.Copy this file and rename it to bookmarks.html

6. Put this file in the main Default profile Directory and replace the old file.

i.e C:\Documents and Settings\Aparna Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\stzbt87m.default\

7. Start Firefox (Assuming that it was closed)

Reality Check On Online Jobs....

I don’t know how many people like me have tried this before…But its quite interesting...I mean the concept of online jobs or u can say work from home...Sitting at home, I tried to search some sites which do offer such jobs.......monster, naukri ,blah blah....What I found is most of the sites are fake…Fake testimonials…Fake ads…You can earn so much money by signing up here. Genuine sites like monster and naukri are of little help when it comes to online jobs coz I hardly found any online job there. I would like to categorize 4 types of online jobs as per my research..

1.Typing at home:
It includes filling some forms, copy paste jobs can do it either online or offline. Seriously guys, I haven’t tried it but as per my search on such jobs, all are fake.. It would have been interesting if there would have been some serious kind of such online job…

2.Paid Surveys:
I found few sites which I felt are genuine enough. N I did signup a few…But I guess you don’t get regular surveys here too.. But seriously men I found this kind of job interesting. One more thing I would like to mention here is what I felt through paid survey sites is that when u sign them up for free, you tend to give them lots of personal information about your lifestyle, family, occupation, etc.. I would say in d end you do give up lots of info about u for free.. I am just adding up a few links if in case if anyone is looking up for some genuine site for online work.

3.Technical Jobs:
I haven’t tried much for such jobs. But I saw few genuine IT jobs…programming, blogging, etc. I found few genuine sites where you need to bargain for the job.

4.Others:
I also found few jobs where you will be paid for making calls, receiving smses on your cell phones, etc. But I advise you not to get into all such jobs as most of them are fake.

Well anyways the choice depends on you what you kind of job you wana do. I would also like to say one more thing i.e.

“PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY ONLINE JOB SITE BEFORE YOU SIGNUP.”

Never go for any site where you need to pay for membership as most of them are fake.
I hope I would be of atleast 1% help for ppl similar like me who are out there on hunt for online jobs.. Any comments or suggestions are always appreciated.
